Thank you for inquiring about our Costa Rica rental properties. We feel 815 Oceanica is without a doubt one of the nicest condos in the Flamingo Beach area.THis property is available from 1400 a week to 2000 a week. Holidays can be higher. The Oceanica complex consists of three buildings designed with privacy and luxury in mind. Each building has approximately 8 to 10 condominiums. Our condo is located on the 4th floor and an elevator is in each building. The property has its own private swimming pool that looks out over one of the best ocean views in all of Costa Rica. The view from our condo is completely unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking! The condo is large, having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is approximately 1400 square feet. The master bedroom has its own balcony that overlooks Flamingo beach where you can sit and watch the evening sunsets that are unparalleled! The 2nd master bedroom has a superior view of the Marina area, with the catamarans and sail boats in easy view. Both bedrooms have expansive glass that allows great views of these magnificent sights. Additionally there is a large terrace situated off the living area with outdoor seating, where we enjoy our meals and sip our wine. Folks seem to have a difficult time understanding the statement “unequaled views”. Have no worries about booking this property, as our guest have raved about the sounds of the surf lulling them to sleep at night, or watching the afternoon rains roll in at sunset creating an evening light show of gigantic proportions. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second master has a queen bed. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen area is has all that you need for cooking as it is fully stocked. Granite countertops, double sinks and brand new stainless steel appliances…even a dishwasher. There is a separate utility with washer and dryer available for your private use. All furniture is brand new and is designed with beauty and comfort in mind. Brand new flat screen TV’s have been installed for you complete with DVD players, so bring your movie collection with you! All you need to add is the popcorn. We feel one of the best features of this condo is LOCATION! This home is in the center of all that is exciting in Flamingo. Easy walks bring you award winning dining at Mar y Sol, which also has a sunset Tapas bar with the best views of sunset and great music. This restaurant is staffed with the owner and his family which are 3rd generation chefs. After dining, choose the disco to dance the night away or visit the casinos- all within an easy stroll. This condo also has the use of 5 additional pools, tennis courts and all the amenities of the Flamingo Marina resort, at no charge! We have a condo in Flamingo Marina as well so this is a great perk for this condo as you may chose privacy, but the children can stay all day at the pools across the street and have lunch at the Monkey bar. You can open a tab for the day and leave the teenagers sunning by the pools. Our teenagers love this! This condo is located on Flamingo Beach. I cannot say enough about the beauty of this beach. All the homes in this area priced in the millions, because simply stated - this beach is lovely. White sands and gently rolling surf make this one of the top rated beaches on Costa Rica. It is one of a handful of beaches in the world that has been awarded BLUE FLAG status. This means that the beach and the water is tested annually for cleanliness and adheres to strict standards. The residents of Flamingo are very proud of this beach and this flags waves proudly over Flamingo Beach for all to see. We love our homes in Costa Rica and truly want your stay to be magical.
